Aurora, Arapahoe & Adams County — Colorado.
Aurora covers more ground and more decades than any other city on this list. One street is original 1960s panel and heavy texture, the next is builder-grade from the 2000s boom, and the job changes completely between them.
Two things drive most of the calls. Hail is the first — a punctured roof shows up as a ceiling stain in the room below, and that is a large share of the ceiling work here every year. The second is turnover: this is a deep rental and townhome market, and a unit between tenants needs the patching, the texture and the paint to happen in one visit, on a date that is already set.
Tap the service you need to see what it covers.
Texture is on nearly every wall in this city, which is exactly why a bad repair is so obvious here. A patch that is flat and painted but textured wrong is visible from the doorway, and it is the thing a tenant or a buyer notices first.
If you are turning a unit, tell us the handover date before anything else. Mud has to dry before texture and texture has to dry before paint, and that sequence does not compress however much anybody wants it to.
Neighbourhoods we work in: Aurora Hills, Del Mar, Mission Viejo, Tollgate, Saddle Rock, Murphy Creek.
